Job Description
Seeking experienced Fiber Optic Splicer for work in the Northwest (based in Spokane). A minimum of 1 year experience is required. Opportunity to work with the most experienced people in the field in a team building atmosphere providing craft growth and advancement. Pay is DOE. Candidate will be proficient in the following:
Work safely in a variety of applications, from manholes to aerial locations
Ability to interpret splicing diagrams and schematics
Operate all associated splicing and testing equipment
Have basic understanding of closure and term panel prep and tray layout
Ability to safely set-up traffic control
Must be available to work different shifts in any given week
Must be able to travel regionally
Must have valid driver’s license with clean record
Must pass background check and drug screening
