Qualifications
Must have 2 years experience in MDU contruction, both greenfield and pre & post wire. We are looking for reliable, detail oriented, clean cut partners to work with. We have a long term commitment from customer for quality work. This is a demanding project but you will working in a professional environment. We will also be using molding from time to time, as well as using existing chases in building.
Other Requirements
Contractor must have all tools to complete the work, must have proper insurances, and must pass drug and background checks.
Job Description
This is a Fio's MDU construction project in NYC to continue to build and extend plant into all the high rises throughout the city. We are looking for professional companies that know how to build, notify and communicate with building owners and tenants, keep a safe workplace for tenants, and meticulously clean up after themselves every day. We are also looking for an eye to detail and craftsmanship, and understand how to close out the work and hand it off completely without a punch list, but completed.
We will require all crews be uniformed and properly tagged. All crews will go through I-9 background as well.
