Pay
Dependant upon the SOW( scope of work). Service/Repair is paid hourly @ $40-$50/hr. Installations are paid flat rate @ $75-$100 per unit.
Qualifications

• Ability to closely follow and understand written and verbal technical instructions
• Ability to communicate effectively

Job Description
We are in search of 1 primary FE/Service Technician & 1 alternate in each of the locations listed above. A successful candidate should possess some technical aptitude and the willingness to undergo paid training in the IT/ POS Solutions arena.
Our FE (Feild Engineers) are to be trained & certified in the installation of new equipment within Hospitality, QSR Delivery & Retail environments. Our certified service technicians' responsibilities are self-explanatory. Sales experience is a bonus, representing additional income potential.
We will be training you comprehensively on the software, so that you will be armed with all of the tools necessary to make you an authority. Ongoing education will be provided as well to ensure the knowledge stays fresh and that you are always able to answer our clients’ questions and provide a positive experience for them.
Airfare, food, and hotel accommodations are all included with this invitation to join the team, if selected. The training will be conducted at a newly constructed Training facility, located directly behind the current Allentown Headquarters. The training will be conducted from Monday 3/14 to Wednesday 3/16. Flights will be coming in late in the day on Sunday 3/13, and departing either late Wednesday, or early on Thursday 3/17.
This is 1st come as time is limited for us to arrange your travel & accommodations.
