Job Description
We are currently looking to for a Manager / Supervisor for the Hampton Roads, VA area with a strong background in residential and business installations.
Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising field operations, keeping an open channel of communication between the field operations, the client, and members of the management team, and provide direction and guidance to all team members to meet company metrics and adjust to market fluctuations.
Qualifications:
• Must have a positive attitude with the ability to motivate and energize a team.
• Able to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks or projects at the same time.
• Willing to work with people of all personality types on a professional level.
• Make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure
• Highly adaptive and flexible to changing environments and priorities.
• Can utilize a personal computer and software application (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
Compensations & Benefits:
• DOE – Weekly Pay One Week Back
• 401 k With Company Matching Available
• Two Weeks Paid Vacation
• Additional Paid Time Off Accrued Weekly
Requirements:
• Pass a Drug Screen
• Pass an Extensive Background Check
• Valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record and auto insurance.
• Newer Model Truck, Van or SUV Capable of Carrying a 28ft Extension Ladder
