Aerial Foreman: Strand, fiber, coax, maintenance, and must know GO95.
Underground Foreman: Coax, fiber, maintenance, and must know GO128.
Underground Personnel: Must know the basics of cable construction.
Splicers: Must have 5 years splicing experience.
