This is a salary position with a bonus program. We offer 401K, vehicle, fuel, health, vision, and dental insurance.
Qualifications
Must have knowledge of Telecommunications(Coax, Fiber) construction, splicing, and activation. Previous Management experience a plus, but will train. Must pass, Drug test and background check. Must have a valid Driver's license.
Other Requirements
Must be able to direct crews, issue work, relate with the customer, collect paperwork, inventory control, check work for quality, and check crews for safety. Position also requires some on call time for emergencies
Job Description
This position will require the following:
1. Supervision and direction of crews which includes issuance of work
2. Quality control and safety checks
3. Inventory control
4. Collection and distribution of daily paperwork to include asbuilts.
5. Positive attitude with customer
6. Usually, you will be required to be the on-call person for 1 weekend per month
7. Meeting or exceeding customers schedules
8. A Team Player who is organized and can work positively with others
