Immediately upon successful completion of background check and drug screen.
Pay
Piece rate with production based incentives. Tier structure based on whether you use company issued vehicles and tools or supply your own. Guaranteed minimums for in-house employees. Rates will be discussed in interview.
Qualifications
Experience in post-wires, molding placement, custom inside wiring work, wall fishes, lock box and pedestal placement preferred but will train motivated individuals. Must be able to work safely on ladders and roof tops. Experience in splicing a big plus.
Other Requirements
Added pay for crews with their own trucks and tools. If utilizing your own vehicle, proof of insurance is required. Those utilizing company vehicles will require a clean driving record.
