•5 plus years experience in Telecommunications is a must
•Experience running a crew
•Extensive knowledge in the telecommunications industry; contracting side of the business desired
•Detail oriented and organized candidates desired
Ability to supervise the activities of a large workgroup
Recruit, train, and motivate technicians
Ensuring their techs have the proper tools, safety gear all times
Adhere to safety policy
Understand the sense of urgency for our customer
