We are based out of the Twin Cities metro but this position will involve travel.

Pay
Pay will be based on experience, knowledge and abilities. Profit sharing, 401k, paid vacation, medical benefits, company vehicle, fuel, tools, phone and per diem for travel when lodging are provided.
Qualifications
• We are looking for a technician to take on a lead role with our expanding fiber team, as well as qualified seasonal technicians.
• At least 2 years of Fiber Optic splicing and testing experience.
• Power Limited Technician License is preferred.
• High School diploma or GED
Other Requirements
A current Minnesota or Wisconsin driver's license with a respectable driving record and be at least 20 years of age; Must pass industry standard background check, drug test, physical and strength test; Good customer service skills; Able to work with a 65 pound ladder (unload, carry, setup and climb); Able to squat, kneel, crawl, and climb multiple flights of stairs; Able to work in crawl spaces and attics; Able to use hand tools; Able to work 50 - 60 hours per week; All other duties as assigned.
