Required Skills: •Strong oral and written communication skills, especially with face to face with customers. •Ability to carry a 28’ ladder and climb to heights at a minimum of 18’.•Ability to use hand tools and drill. •Ability to work in confined spaces like crawl spaces. •Ability to work within deadlines and produce accurate, neat work. •Must be responsible and self-motivated. •Computer literate with experience in MS Outlook and Excel.•Willingness to learn, adapt & accept more responsibility.

Desired Skills: •Strong background in Cable TV installation and plant troubleshooting. •Previous pole climbing experience.•Excellent customer service skills with the ability to up-sell products & services. Time Requirements: •This is a Full-time position. •You must be dependable and on occasion be able to work outside the normal 7:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday work week.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Maintain HFC plant and troubleshoot outages as necessary.•Diagnose and repair customer premises issues.•Customer service to include up-selling products & services to new & existing customers.•Install coaxial cable, phone and equipment, digital boxes and modems.•Basic CATV Head End knowledge.•Ensure all work is done in a neat and professional matter.•On-call nights and weekends on a rotating basis.
