Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years project management & senior supervisory experience in the communication field. Adherence to all Company Policies and Procedures at all times. Observance of all safety guidelines to avoid senseless accidents and promote a good work environment. A valid driver license and be able to pass a background and drug screening. Knowledgeable of the utility guidelines that govern their field. Ability to think outside the box. Resources for personnel and subcontractors.

Job Description
NEEDED: Individual with extremely strong leadership abilities who can manage the day to day operation of an aerial and underground construction maintenance company and meet or exceed the performance expectations of our clients. This will include but not be limited to customer meetings, having crews and sub-contractors, white line pre-field and measure every job, call locates, coordinate paperwork and employees and track all progress on Excel spreadsheets on a daily basis. This position manages the overall direction, coordination, operation and evaluation of our employees and sub-contractors on the job sites.
