OSP Field Engineer For Overlay

All work is in the upper Midwest, to include Ohio, Indiana and Michigan, will be regionalized.
Starts
Have work in hand for available resources, project to increase in 2016.
Pay
Pay will be based on a per foot basis
Qualifications
Must be an experience OSP Engineer, this work is telecom, but it is an overlay. Optional understanding of pole loading software (ocalc), but must have a full understanding of OSP pole line construction practices. Full understanding of Strand Mapping, addressing and guying with a high level of accuracy.
Other Requirements
Need an accurate Laser Measuring device, with Digi Stick, and Digital Camera for Aerial plant and measuring wheel for UG and buried plant. Provide business insurance, vehicle, and travel required.
