Drill Operator and Foreman for Fiber Underground

Office is located in Batavia, IL. Work is greater Chicago area and surrounding locations.
Pay
Compensation includes competitive wages, health insurance, matching 401(k), holiday & personal paid time off, and potential bonus pay. Daily out of town per diem pay, transportation to job sites are provided. Foreman receive a work truck.
Qualifications
Ability to operate directional drill and/or excavators, locate and safely and efficiently work around all utilities. Looking for both Foreman and Operators. Will consider those with less equipment experience too.
Other Requirements
Class A CDL, with DOT medical card, good driving record and random drug and alcohol testing. Ability to travel out of town Out of town as needed. Ability to work in all weather conditions is a must. Job Description
Operator:
Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of 2-4 stick backhoes and/or directional boring machines. Experience with fiber optic cables is a plus. Operators complete work as planned by the Foreman and Supervisor, train others, and maintain the equipment.
**Will consider less experienced applicants for Laborer position which would include training on equipment.
Foreman:
Oversee daily operations, locate, operate as needed, implement work plan, meet deadlines, lead the crew, and respond to issues effectively. Ensure accurate reporting of time and material and facilitate healthy communication between work crew and supervisor. Maintain equipment, inventory and work crews morale. Understanding of underground regulations and terms is required. Must have experience with fiber optic directional boring and locating for the drill.
