Qualifications
Strong communication skills and follow up. Ability to interact with clients, state officials, vendors, other departments and senior management. Ability to handle multiple projects & tight deadlines in a fast paced environment. Present professional image at all times. Basic understanding of telecom network routing , proposed pole line, and/or underground pathways.

Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
Outline proposed telecom network cabling and gather all necessary information to complete comprehensive drawings, applications, permits and other associated paperwork in order to gain approvals
Develop and implement best practices for the most accurate and least intrusive methods for applications, installation and possible maintenance applications while adhering to Company and municipality supplied criteria and specifications
Monitor the progress of the project and make necessary adjustments to ensure the successful completion of the project
Identify easements and work with customers, Telecom and CATV Design teams, to resolve and solve issues in the field to ensure project deliverables are met
