Director of SCE Professional and Construction Services
Key Responsibilities:
• Full profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities for SCE Business unit
• Foster existing client relationships
• Develop new client relationships
• Manage professional deployment services in a milestone driven environment.
• Manage construction services team using accountable job costing tools.
• Evaluate, Qualify, and Manage subcontractors
• Review and/or prepare master and site level RFP’s
• Enforcement of overall Occupational, Health and Environmental program of company;
• Promotion of a hazard and accident free workplace;
Requirements of Positon:
• At least 10 years in upper management of Telecommunications Deployment services.
• Knowledge of local Zoning requirements
• General knowledge of compliance issues and siting issues
• Familiarity with construction industry;
• Proficient in use of computers including industry specific software
Functional Knowledge and Business Expertise Required
• Conscientious about timeliness of assignments and quality of work product
• Accountable for specific performance
• Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including ability to articulate recommendations in a concise and timely manner
• Able to handle multiple tasks and maintain control and order over same
• Exceptional work ethic
• Ability to build rapport and credibility with broad base of employees and Clients
