Qualifications
A solid knowledge of Power Distribution Systems is preferred, but will train the right candidate.
Must have strong computer skills to process electronic data files.
Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills are required.
Must have the ability to be flexible and work under pressure to meet assigned deadlines.
Travel is required.
Other Requirements
Truck and all necessary field survey equipment will be supplied.Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Job Description
Electric Utility Contractor seeking Survey personnel to field survey overhead electric distribution facilities in the Ft Myers area of Florida. Preferred candidates should have knowledge of electrical distribution poles and equipment, able to identify type of work required at site, take the height measurements of equipment attachments on poles, provide digital photos of locations, be able to read construction drawings, prepare permit applications and provide electronic data for all assigned projects.
