Qualifications
•Must have experience working in the HDD, civil, wet and/or dry utility construction industry
•Valid Driver’s License is required/CDL a bonus

Responsibilities
•Horizontal drilling, no well drilling
•Must be proficient in operating various drilling rigs.
•Knowledge of mixing equipment and proper fluid mixing properties/viscosities/ingredients for the applicable ground condition(s) to optimize installation success.
•Must be proficient and knowledgeable in using proper down-hole tooling (drill heads/bits, reamers, swivels and pullers, etc.) for the applicable ground condition(s) to optimize installation success.
•Must be proficient with Ditchwitch HDD equipment and its capabilities and limitations.
•Must be proficient in DCI locating equipment and software.
•Must have a keen sense of assessing good bore rig set up, down-hole tooling and fluid mixing prior to starting construction.
•Must be very safety conscientious and involved in new site Job Hazard Analysis
•Must be well-organized in proper set up and bore planning methodology.

•Must possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills
•Must be very detail oriented & have strong organizational and time management skills.
•Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
•Must be able to adapt and be flexible to work in a constantly changing environment
•Ability to work under stressful conditions and to successfully handle stressful situations efficiently and effectively
