Job Description
Positions:
Crew leader/foreman
Experienced Ariel crews or individuals
-Please specify in resume if you have your own bucket truck-
We have a upcoming projects which require:
Placement of strand and fiber
Overlashing
Pole Transfers
Span Replacements
Etc Commercial aerial projects
Install and remove various anchors systems (sidewalk arms, guy guards etc)
Note:
Having your own bucket truck and ariel tools is a plus but not required. (Please specify in resume)
Requirements :
knowledge of OSHA regulations concerning excavations; specifically electrical hazards and safety procedures.
Ability to perform all duties of aerial maintenance and line work
Ensures all installation work is done according to quality standards
Must be able to lift 70 pounds
Must have a valid driver’s license
Experience:
Pulling and lashing fiber, all sizes
Experience in fiber construction
Ability to climb poles and work at heights up to and exceeding 30 ft
Experience in Pole Transfer, all types
Ability to learn and apply knowledge of electrical principles. Some training will be provided.
May be required to work long and unpredictable hours
Position requires working outdoors in all types of weather
