Job Description
• Schedule, coordinate, plan and supervise all field operations of all jobs.
• Develop and Maintain on-site logistics plans and procedures for the field operations.
• Direct and supervise subcontractors to assure the requirements of the project are met with respect to safety.
• Interface with all on-site work teams (including subcontractors) as required, to resolve problems, ensure quality, safety, scheduling and achieving schedules in support of overall project objectives.
• Develop, Update and Maintain the Project Schedule as needed, look ahead at schedules and review foreman’s daily construction reports.
• Assure required risk controls are properly established and maintained as per company operations policies and procedure manual.
• Schedule, quality control, cost control and customer satisfaction.
• Overall, the Field Superintendent will provide construction management and general contracting services that meets the highest level of quality.
