Highly Motivated individual that has strong decision making abilities and interpersonal skills to work with customers, employees as well as contractors
Experience that will enable you to complete projects on time and with minimal issues that enables the project to be complete in a timely and accurate manner.
Ability to read project blue lines and complete red lines back to the customer at the end of the project.
Hands-on experience with directing crews and subcontractors for optimum production.
Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, Google Earth and MS Streets and Trips.
Strong Communications and organizational skills.
Job Description
Coordinate between the customer and various utility companies to ensure project accuracy is 100%
Daily management of crews and subcontractors to ensure they are operating as needed for timely completion of the project.
Oversee aerial and underground coax and fiber construction. Includes all point to point cable ties on mainline new and maintenance builds.
Monitoring project schedules and ensuring they are being completed in a manner that is needed for customer satisfaction
Ensuring all production is documented daily for employees as well as all subcontractors and all subcontractor invoices match and are accurate as well as turned in to you in a timely manner
Maintaining as well as developing relationships with customers to insure their needs are being met
Notifying customers of needed changes and documenting project change orders and ensuring approval has been received before work has begun.
Manage weekly progress reports for the company as well as our customers.
