Job Description
Mitchell Communications, Inc., a proud Cox business partner for over 30 years, is growing and in need of a Field Operations Supervisor. The right candidate will report directly to the Technical Ops Manager, and help to ensure technicians are properly trained, scheduled effectively, and given what they need to succeed.
A qualified applicant must have:
-Excellent communication skills, problem solving skills, and ability to promote a team atmosphere while supporting and coaching technicians.
-Knowledge of current technical aspects and details pertaining to the CATV industry.
-Ability to perform QC inspections, vehicle inspections, safety inspections, and work with customers on complaints and damage claims.
-Manage day-to-day operations and oversee routing workloads to help ensure proper efficiencies.
-Ability to maneuver and climb ladders (75 lbs.), work on heights and in diverse locations and weather extremes.
-Maintain and enforce company, Federal, and state rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
-Communicate with dispatch and Field Operations Manager daily on job coding, work overflow, closing work orders properly, and with techs to help them provide a professional, customer service driven experience.
-Ability to perform other duties as assigned.
