Qualifications
Must know how to rehab copper plant, Rebuilt terminals, Cross Connects, Splices etc. Both aerial and buried. Qualified technicians must have their own truck and basic hand tools. These techs should have any ladders necessary to perform aerial work. Techs need to be experienced in all aspects or repairing copper plant.

Other requirements:
- Vehicle (i.e. Pick-up truck; Cargo Van; SUV etc.) W/ladder rack
- Telecom hand tools (wire crimper; wire stripper, etc.) Personal hand tools (power drill, hammer, screw drivers, etc.)
- Ladders 28' & 6'
