Job Description
Henkels and McCoy has a large backlog of work and is now hiring experienced equipment operators for backhoes, mini excavators and cable plows. Candidates must have experience digging in and around existing utilities and placement of conduit for fiber optic cable installation. A valid Driver’s license is required. CDL training and assistance in acquiring a commercial license will be provided for qualified candidates. Company benefits available upon request. Per-diem will be paid for all required out of town work. Rate of pay is based on experience. Room for personal growth within the organization.
