Experience in MDU construction and wiring.
Job Description
Must take pride in doing their job right the first time and be able to work with a team or unassisted if need.
Most possess leadership skills, lead a team of installers with minimum supervision.
CDL license a plus
Capable of reading utility prints and building layouts.
Have a neat appearance and able to converse in a professional manner with staff, landlords, tenants, and business owners.
Must have the ability to be flexible and work under pressure to meet assigned deadlines.
Must be a self-starter.
Valid Driver’s License in good standing is a must.
Able to work weekends if needed.
Must be able to work in inclement weather.
Must be able to lift 70 lbs.
Stand long periods at a time.
Climb ladders if necessary.
Work from basements, crawl spaces, attics if necessary.
Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
