*Must have a background selling Uverse or DirecTV with proven success. Management experience preferred, but not required. Must have reliable transportation

Job Description
Media Direct is a sales liaison between DirecTV, AT&T Uverse, and their customers. Our company has been in business since 2001, providing successful sales support to cable providers across the nation. We are seeking GO GETTERS to join our team. For those ambitious individuals that have a strong work ethic, a plethora of doors will open for you leading to a long-term career with accelerated advancement opportunities. We are looking for self starters with experience to essentially have a franchise of their own under our Media Direct umbrella.
Job Responsibilities for sales director:
-Managing local team(s)
-Providing sales training and support for new hires
-Manage Route
-Supervise day to day operations for sales team (10-20 reps)
- Ensure compliance of cable providers sales policies
- Be the local face to face liaison between our company and the client
- Train new hires
- Faxing or scanning/emailing documents
- Come up with creative ways to motivate sales team(Company funded contests/incentives)
- Work closely with senior management and owners on the continuous improvement of company processes and procedures
Job Responsibilities for sales reps underneath sales director :
*Familiarizing customers with new AT&T Uverse and DirecTV services and promotions
* Working assigned routes(All routes ARE provided/Referrals sales are also welcomed)
* Completing and processing customer orders
* Providing excellent customer service and sales support
*Managing a territory
