Need Directional Drill Operators,

Fort Wayne, Indiana is base of operation but work may extend 1 to 3 hours away at times.
Starts
Can start in next two weeks or immediately depending on experience.
Pay
The pay rate is a Footage rate based on the crews daily footage totals work area and production items billed. Pay can be discussed, and hourly may be optional.
Qualifications
I need one CDL driver that can locate or operate Ditch Witch or Vermeer,i also need Operators and helpers, will,train the right individuals. Make sure if you are unskilled to be clear upon applying, that some UnderGround construction experience will be a major help in determination to train.
Other Requirements
Must be responsible and dependable. CDL license a must if hauling a drill rig. All regular operator positions or helpers need at minimum Drivers License.
Job Description
Directional Drilling, mostly pulling Fiber Inner Duct for companies like ATT, ZAYO bandwidth etc. job will be either running drill or locating, and includes utility locating(spotting). Depending on number of men in crew, may be setting Hand Holes.
Job involves setup machines, location to location setup, machine basic maintenance if using them, possible excavator work involved. Must adhere to all 811 safety laws, and roadside safety standards and practices.
Production output and quality are number 1 goals.
Machines being used include Ditch Witch Jt20 and Ditch Witch Excavator, Vermer 1620. Digital equipment, mainly Subsite technology for Dtch Witch and Eclipse for Vermeer.
Standard license workers work may be picking up supplies and hauling conduit trailers etc. CDL drivers to haul heavy equipment to jobs only.
Experienced a big plus, can put you to work. immediately,min experienced, depending on individual will determine start time. I am willing to train right individuals.
