Must be EXPERIENCED and hold a valid CDL drivers license. Must be able to read and understand work prints. MUST BE DEPENDABLE. Locators/foremen MUST BE ABLE TO RUN THEIR CREW EFFICIENTLY AND DAMAGE FREE.
