We are flexible depending upon your level of experience.
Qualifications
CATV construction experience a must. Supervisory experience a plus. Comfortable with system prints, excel spreadsheets, and databases. Good communication skills with co-workers, customers, municipal inspectors, and the general public. A willingness to learn and be part of an effective team.
Other Requirements
You must have a valid California Driver's License clean enough for our insurance company. You must pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screening. You may either drive a company vehicle or receive a weekly vehicle allowance.
Job Description
The purpose of this position is to provide strong operational support to the Project Manager, the Construction Crews and our Subcontractors.
Specifics include:
Set up job files on new work
Create material requisitions from work assignments
Assign work orders to crews
Assign projects to subcontractors
Track job status and insure that work is completed in a timely manner
Provide weekly job status reports to the Project Manager
Receive and review daily paperwork from crews
QC and verify production billed from subcontractors
Create red line field asbuilts for each job
Maintain and support a safe working environment for our employees and subcontractors
Complete all paperwork and reports in a timely and accurate manner
Perform all other duties as assigned
