Pay
This is W-2 job that pays production. 1.50 to 10.00 a foot depending on dirt or Rock. And what the company is getting paid. It is a percentage across the board. My guys are making 1000 to 2500 a week.
Qualifications
Only interested in top notch production people. Must be drug and drama free. Applicants with CDL's and air hammer experience preferred. Must have references they will be checked.

Job Description
We have several jobs around Atlanta. We pay production and all my crews seem to be happy with that arrangement. Hotels, fuel and operating expense is covered by company. I expect you to be on time. Be safe take care of equipment. We will expect a minimum of 2500 feet per week per crew. If crew hits 3000 feet they have the option to take a long weekend. These amounts could change depending on job. Crews are expected to do there own spotting of utilities. But we do have hourly crews that will assist when possible.
