Qualifications
Persons applying for PM positions must have at least 5 years experience. A minimum of 3 of which must be in managing directional drill projects. PM applicants must have experience in complete job administration from budget planning to invoice and redline preparation and delivery. Supervisors must have at least 5 years industry experience and 3 years supervising or leading multiple crews.
Other Requirements
Valid CA driver's license. Ability to pass background check. Ability to relocate to the Bay Area. Reimbursement of relocation expenses will be discussed in the interview.
Job Description
Verifiable experience in managing multiple directional drill crews.
Proven knowledge of all aspects of underground construction including GO128 regulations.
Must be able to effectively communicate company’s goals and procedures to crew leaders and hold them accountable for performance.
Demonstrated ability to identify potential production impacting issues and either resolve them before they occur or effectively communicate the potential issue to senior management for collaborative, pro-active resolution.
Exceptional organizational and planning skills.
Ability and willingness to work within established internal policies and procedures.
A sense of urgency and commitment to the customer that is second to none. An ability to instill that same sense of urgency and commitment in subordinates.
