Job Description
Henkels and McCoy has multiple fiber optic placing projects in progress across the Central US. Projects are in progress and positions are available for an immediate start. As one of the largest utility infrastructure contractors in the US, H&M has a large backlog of work and the company is looking for long-term employees. Advancement is based on job performance, skill level, safe operations on projects and the ability to excel within the Team environment. H&M's equipment fleet is the best in the business and the company is committed to providing it's personnel the tools necessary to be safe and successful on it's project.
Positions available:
-Cable plow operators
-Backhoe/Small to midsize excavators
-Directional drill locators and operators
-AT (or similar) rock drilling experience
-Cable jetting, cable pulling
-Pay is based on experience and job classification performed.
-Candidates must have a valid drivers license.
-Health insurance and benefits available.
-Per-diem included.
-Background check required.
-Pre-employment, random and post incident drug testing.
-Continual safety training provided by the company.
-Company will assist in acquisition of CDL.
