Qualifications
5 Year minimum verifiable work history as a driller or locator. Must be familiar with Vermeer drill rigs including complete operations and functions, as well as general repairs and maintanance. Valid drivers license and clear background is a MUST!
Other Requirements
Ability to work in all acceptable adverse weather conditions. Positive mind set with a "Can do Attitude" Must Posses a necessary "Team Spirit" frame of mind.
Job Description
Looking for Drillers and locators interested in fulltime steady work in the greater St. Louis and surrounding areas.
Ideal candidates will possess good leadership and people skills, willingness to take on difficult tasks / jobs, and have the knowledge to perform said operations efficiently, effectively, and safely.
Able and competent enough to direct and train multiple people at once.
Although paperwork load is almost non existent for this position, you must pay great attention to detail in every aspect of day to day operations. Such as restoration, verbal communication between team mates as well as all involved parties.
We work in all weather conditions except lightning and extreme downpours.
Must be PUNCTUAL, In good physical condition, RELIABLE, dedicated, and You must maintain a professional appearance both physically, as well as with all equipment / trucks, and jobsites at all times.
We have a great team so far and were looking to expand with like minded individuals. Plenty of room to grow and for advancement, tons of perks and bonuses for those that apply themselves to their fullest potential!
