Must pass drug and background check. Must be able to climb poles, work in inclement weather conditions and lift up to 75 pounds.
Job Description
We are a full maintenance contractor in the Southern Tier of New York building aerial strand / fiber/ coax/ splicing and underground construction.
* Crew member - aerial construction, climb poles
* Setup traffic control
* Read maps and scope of work
* Perform make ready on poles
* Pull underground fiber and coax / build risers
* Load work vehicles with required materials and drive vehicle to work site
* CDLB license preferred for bucket truck
* Load reel trailers with strand, fiber, coax
* Comply with safety standards
