Pay
Looking for all levels of lineman. Pay depends on experience. Starting around 17/hour DOE. We average around 60 hours per week.

Other Requirements
CDL is preferred but not required. Must have all personal climbing equipment. Upgrades for equipment can be done through payroll deductions. Bucket safety equipment is provided through the company.
Job Description
Telecommunications Company seeking experienced lineman. This position is directed at the installation of new fiber systems at this time. The lineman is responsible for the work they are performing as well as that of their assigned groundsman. The lineman is an expert in each type of work performed and makes decisions based on experience and the input of the Construction Manager, Construction Foreman and the input of the groundsman. The lineman reports directly to the Construction Foreman on project status, issues with employees and equipment, and any other field operation questions. Other specifications will include:
• Effectively and safely complete work with the assistance of the groundsman
• Work efficiently from a bucket truck
• Climb poles as required adhering to all Washington state OSHA regulations.
• Construct aerial plant to include: Build pole leads (strand, adss, lashing, anchors, transfers etc.)
• Restore area to project requirements
• Understand field prints to determine what work is to be performed as well as point out potential issues before and during work
• Keep accurate notes for each project as record of work and issues
• Report project progress to the Construction Foreman and relate the needs for the days to come avoiding delays of work due to lack of materials and equipment.
• Work in, on and around customer’s property while following company policies and maintaining the highest level of professionalism towards any customer and their property.
Lineman are responsible for their own safety and looks out for the safety of all of the crew members. We are looking for experienced lineman at this time. Position advancement opportunities are available as well as many hours of overtime. Good driving record is a requirement. Please send resume in reply.
