Field Tech to do pole surveying and make ready

Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio
This work will start out in the state of Kentucky and will last for up to 3 years.
Starts
Will be needed to start with in 2 weeks and will be working in various locations in Kentucky and later in Ohio and Indiana.
Pay
Pay based on experience level. There will also be per Diem paid. Rates will be on a per pole basis. Only looking for qualified individuates only. There is no time to train.
Qualifications
You will need knowledge of pole loading (you will be taking the field notes only). Be physically ably to handle the terrain and schedule of the job. Clear hand writing a must. Must be good at reading maps and have your own computer to receive and sent information back and forth.
Other Requirements
Will need at least a 35 foot Hastings extendo stick, prefer a 50 foot stick. Digital camera that takes SD cards, lap top computer, and binoculars. Range finder + or - 3'. GPS Plus or minus 1' would be great. Will need to be able to cover your expense while working in the field (all work related expenses will be reimbursed or covered with the per Diem). Must have your own transportation.
Job Description
This will be sticking poles for attachment heights of all attaches and there sizes (diameters) and getting the span lengths. Must know what power equipment is called. Mid span measurements will also need to me made over roads and drive ways. collecting pole brand info, the pole tag and taking at least 2 pictures (from different angles). Originating field notes and pictures and keeping every thing in order a must.
