Minimum Qualifications:
• A minimum of 5 years of construction or operations team supervision.
• Able to perform any crew assignment, including span qualification, pot holing, directional drilling, blowing fiber and splicing.
• Working knowledge of current fiber-optic network technologies.
• Ability to utilize people, project tools and technologies to complete projects in a successful and timely manner from start to completion.

Position Summary:
This position provides job site and crew supervision and leadership of local market construction activities for the placement of a new fiber optic line.
Responsibilities:
• Provides jobsite working leadership of multiple construction crews for directional boring, blowing/pulling fiber-optic cables in the vacant duct, and fiber splicing.
• Ensures efficient work order management, project scheduling and materials management to achieve maximum crew productivity.
• Work with contractors and staff to develop construction schedules, monitor production, and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly turn over completed network to client.
• Interface with client to coordinate project construction activities
• Maintains and safeguards company owned vehicles, equipment and tools.
• Promotes safety awareness, and adherence to the company Safety and Loss Control Program in order to provide a work environment free from injury.
• Other duties as assigned.
