Do you "own" the relationship with your company's customer? Is the reason that your boss's company has work because the customer wants to work with YOU?
There are a lot of situations in this business where a manager is the person the customer wants to work with and if the manager left, the customer would follow them. If you're one of those people, you need to contact us. If you know someone like that, you need to send this link to them because they could seriously be making a lot more money than they are right now.
We're not fishing for leads, and we're not looking to go around anyone. The whole point of this is we are looking for people who have a secure relationship with a customer, who are being compensated with regular salary and who SHOULD be making a major percentage of the profits. If you're making your company's owners $1MM/year, and they're paying you $90k/year then something is seriously wrong with that picture.
If you have a new project, a renewal, or even an existing contract that your company has neglected, you need to contact us right now! If you're consistently making barrels of cash for your company and they're paying you regular salary, then you need to contact us right now!
Our company recognizes that this business is all about relationships. If you have a strong relationship and could deliver a new project or work to us, we are ready to compensate you at very high levels. It's almost impossible to get ahead, much less retire, with salary savings alone, and most companies don't compensate their employees in ways that are in line with the value they provide. If you "own" the relationship and therefore the work, your value is the profits that work generates, not just in a weekly salary. Bring your project to us, and we will pay you a significant portion of the gross profits! No kidding. Become a partner, not just an employee.

Ideal Target: Revenues of $15k+/week minimum, with a maximum 70% payout to crews. That's $4500/week for us to work with. That's about the smallest where it makes sense. The bigger the project the higher the profit sharing we can provide.
Here's how it works: We provide the working capital, cover the payroll, provide back office support, insurance, etc.. If you have crews or subs, great. If you need help finding crews or subs, we can help. We have a profit sharing contract with you, you bring the customer, and we divide up the profits.
This can work either as just a referral or finder's fee, or (preferably) a situation where you run the project and continue to manage the relationship with the customer.
Here's what we're not interested in...
We're not interested in deals under $15k/week average (for ongoing, continuous work) or under $250k total for one-time projects.
We're also not interested in putting you on salary with the promise that you can bring the customer and we'll see what happens. We're not looking to experiment and try people out. Either you can bring the customer or not. We can start paying you as soon as the work gets started, but we're not putting you on salary for eight weeks while you work on it.
Please don't waste our time or yours with games or scams. We're a straight-up company looking for straight-up people with straight-up opportunities.
This is a real opportunity! I don't know how many people are out there in this situation, but I know there are at least a few. If you're making your company a lot of money, you should be making a lot of money, too. If they aren't willing to pay you at least 25% of what you're making for them, then you need to make a move. No one is going to negotiate a better deal for you except you. If you want to make serious money, then you have to make a move.
