Job Description
We are seeking a supervisor for the Iowa City/North Liberty area. The supervisor is responsible for overall functions of the office. Supervisor will make sure work is routed and ready for the day, whether done by him/her or lead technician. Supervisor is responsible for analysis of scores and acting upon those, trouble calls, quality control and communication to customer.
