Job Description
S&N is currently recruiting Local Managers for a major, long-term fiber build in the Raleigh, Charlotte and Atlanta markets.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Local Manager is responsible for coordinating with our customers, sub-contractors and employees daily work. The Local Manager position requires a dynamic, industrious, and detail oriented individual.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Local Manager will be responsible for performing the following duties:
- Manage and oversee daily work of sub-contractors in area of responsibility.
- Evaluate sub-contractors and communicate with corporate office.
- Recruit new sub-contractors if needed.
- Submit all completed jobs for billing.
- Receive all new work assignments from corporate.
- Log new work information into spreadsheet.
- Address sub-contractor site issues (may require driving to job site to examine work and issue at hand).
- Respond to calls concerning homeowner damage complaints (may require driving to meet with homeowner and discuss damage and resolution).
- Maintain and nurture customer relationships and loyalty to ensure additional business.
- Ensure employees are completing working as assigned.
- Review payroll for accuracy before sending to corporate office for processing.
- Assign duties and tasks to employees
- Attend safety and management meetings
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
