Qualifications
-Minimum of three years experience operating a horizontal directional drill.
-Telecom industry experience.
-Ability to lead and motivate a team.
-Class A CDL strongly preferred.
-Current and valid drivers license with good record to operate company provided vehicle.
-Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions.
-Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
-Dependable and trustworthy.
-Ability to be internally inspired to perform a task to the best of one's ability.
Job Description
S&N is currently recruiting Drill Foremen to work on fiber build projects in the Raleigh, Charlotte and Atlanta markets. Position pays up to $28 per hour plus production bonus depending on experience.
The Drill Foreman will oversee a directional drill crew placing plant as part of a fiber build project. The Foreman will be responsible for crew compliance with customer-specific operating and safety procedures.
