Report out of Caledonia, MI office and travel typically Mon-Fri, home on most weekends.
Starts
Immediately upon successful completion of interview and pre-screening process including background, driving history and drug screens.
Pay
Rates are based on experience and performance for typically fall within $18-$24 per hour. Out of town per diem is offered as well.
Qualifications
Proven experience at the skill level you say you are at. Acceptable driving record, MI Chauffeur License or other state equivalent and DOT medical certification card (or ability to obtain them), ability to lift and pull 50lbs regularly. Work on ladders throughout the day. Pass random drug screens.
Job Description
1. Installers will be familiar with iron work/bays/equipment rack installation, DC power know-how, wire wrapping/color code understanding, blueprint, schematic reading and method of procedures.
2. Installation of aux bar, cable rack, and fiber duct. Mount bays, frames, cabinets and equipment within.
3. Run, lace, label and test power, fiber and copper cabling.
4. Copper cabling includes DS1 wire wrapping, DSX3 BNC connections, and CAT5. Fiber cabling includes video scoping and light level testing. Cable runs can include closing of cable holes with Hilti and 3M systems.
5. Communicate with team on project status and issue resolution. Work within Company and Industry set standards regarding quality, safety and efficiency.
6. Communicate job specific details with co-workers routinely and effectively via both written and oral avenues.
