Pay
Pay range is subject to knowledge and experience, $18/hr - $65,000 annually. Competitive compensation package includes a health benefit plan, 401k with Company match and opportunity for an annual bonus.
Qualifications
Ability to serve customers by splicing, troubleshooting, conducting and recording test data results, and verifying fiber optics, documenting installation.
Other Requirements
Ability to travel Monday-Friday on a regular basis and work day and night shifts within the same week if necessary. Ability to be in an on-call rotating schedule for after hours and weekends. Work in all weather conditions and regularly lift 40lbs. Must have a valid driver’s license, minimal traffic violations and ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Med Card and Michigan chauffeurs (or equivalent) endorsement. Successful completion of Background and drug screen required.
Job Description
Technician is responsible for system outages, trouble shooting and maintenance repairs. Qualified applicants will be proficient in or have training in splicing tools and techniques. Aerial experience or training is preferred.
