Job Description
U.S. based construction company is looking for a Materials Manager with the ability to manage inventory and procurement. This position will take the lead for the materials portion of an Oracle implementation for 2 operating companies. Candidate will be required to manage an inventory, purchasing and warehousing groups as well as roll up their sleeves and help. This position may require some interaction with customers. Candidate will need to possess strong project management background as well as the organizational and problem-solving skills necessary for the development, management, and coordination of multiple projects and schedules.
Requirements :
•Developing material requirements to satisfy multiple customer requirements.
•Analyzing current processes to identify gaps, improvement opportunities and solutions.
•Manage multiple warehouse locations.
•Develop standard BOM’s based on each customer requirement.
•Strong understanding of Materials management, finance/accounting
