Job Description
The Laborer will perform hourly construction work specified as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Assist crew leader in construction work
• Complete duties as assigned
• Operate jackhammers and drills and other necessary tools
• Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery, equipment, and materials
• Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards
• Mix ingredients to create compounds for covering or cleaning surfaces
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
• 1+ year of construction, maintenance, or labor experience
• Ability to listen to and implement directions
• Ability to pass motor vehicle, drug screen and background check
