Prior experience in a professional engineering organization required Prior experience working for an electric utility preferred Telecommunications experience required Possess strong computer skills- particularly Microsoft Excel and Google Drive. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required Exceptional people skill and willingness to travel

1-2 years experience (Electrical utility and/or network attachment experience preferred), Experience in GIS (Geographic Information System), Personal vehicle use (with vehicle mileage allowance) may be required.

Overall management responsibility for assigned FE team. Set team and individual responsibilities, objectives, and milestones. Make or recommend decisions regarding employment (hiring, promotion, dismissal) for the FE department. Work with Project Management to manage project loading. Communicate effectively on behalf of AEG with customers and vendors. Responsible for overseeing the submission of an organized job package for each project. Field inspection and analysis of each pole associated with the associated design codes. May include making preliminary design recommendations.
Identification of attaching companies existing or potential future violations. Pole Loading Calculation and documentation including calculations with existing attachments only and with new attachment. Performs all Initial Reviews and Design Constructability Reviews . Duties may include field support of line construction activities
