Piece Rate 10% retainage held up to $10K. Terms are net 28 from invoice approval. Faster terms available
Qualifications
5 years experience with verifiable references. Experience with all facets of aerial construction and related safety practices. Safety must come first, whether in the bucket, or on the ground (traffic control). Prefer 5 man crew for fiber placements. 2-3 man crews for coax.
Other Requirements
Must have signs and cones in good condition to provide traffic control. Most locations only require typical moving location cones and signs. A flagger is required when stopped at poles if the vehicle is on the road. Must be able to track your work accurately and submit daily work reports. Work reports will be used to verify weekly invoicing.
Job Description
HFC upgrade project. Fiber and coax over-lash, with new build coax extensions. Standard HFC upgrade type work. Maintenance on the plant is required to be completed prior to over-lash work, and is all payable. DE/RE broken wire,Delash and remove dead cable, pole transfers, re-sag prior to over-lash, ect...
Crews must be able to read HFC design prints for coax placement.
Must be able to handle pulling fiber through UG dips. (including figure 8 fiber, placing mule tape and tracer wire with fiber)
Ability to splice in your own new build extensions is a plus.
Work is almost all street side in the rural areas surrounding Columbus.
Must be able to produce quality work in a safe manner.
Crews can work 7 days a week
Coax only crews are welcome.
