Working Directv Supervisor Needed

Over 2 years experience installing Directv. Need to have a expert understanding of the technical specifications of the Directv Swm and non Swm system. SBCA Certified Tech, SBCA Cert, and Networking 101 or equivalant. Great people skills, this job will require the day to day communication between technicians, customers, and our Partner who provides the work. Ability to lift 70 LBS. Must work weekends. Inventory Management experience. Good organizational skills.

Dependable Vehicle is required, driving is going to be a big part of the job. A working smart phone with coverage for area the techs work in.

The right person will be responsible for interviewing new technician candidates. Training new technicians. Picking up equipment (Dishes and Receivers) once a week and possibly more if we run short. Conducting a weekly meeting with our technicians to go over the good and bad of the week. Collect paperwork from the technicians each week. Assigning inventory out to the technicians. Routing the technicians each morning. Providing technical guidance when needed. Providing customer relations guidance when needed. Communicate back and forth with our dispatch office to make sure our customers are aware of the techs estimated arrival time. Communicate with our dispatch office on customer complaints, talk with the customer, talk with the tech, come up with a resolution, and make the customer happy. Make sure all work for the day is closed and complete. Communicate with management on the overall status of your area, have detailed technician specific information on why things are doing well or why they are not. Overall a person who answers their phone, stays organized, and doesn't buckle under pressure. This business has a bunch of moving parts and will require someone that can think and talk at the same time.
