Qualifications
**MUST BE ABLE TO CLIMB POLES**, Minimum 10 years experience, Coax splicing is a plus.
Other Requirements
Must have your own belt, hooks, climbing boots (Wesco's or equivalent) and hand tools. All other equipment will be provided as needed.
Job Description
Applicants must be able to read prints, have experience in new build, overlash and delash/relash, as well as the ability to complete pole transfers in a timely manner. Maintaining a safe working enviroment, listening to direction, attention to detail, and leading by example are top priorities. Problem solving in the field is a frequent occurance. Applicants must be able to see the "big picture" of what needs to be built. Work is QC'd one to two days after completion. No unneccessary clean-up.
Applicants must be able to work at least two weekends a month, and be available for the occassional emergency call-out. Minimum 8 hours a day, 6-7 days a week when necessary. Appropriate work attire is required (i.e. CLIMBING boots, jeans without holes, clean t-shirts without writing, etc.) All employees must represent the company in a professional, courteous manner at all times. A valid driver's license and background check required. This is a drug-free workplace.
