Qualifications
Must have well rounded background in catv construction (aerial, coax splicing and activation). Must be computer literate (Word and Excel). Must have above average communication skills to work effectively with trainees, employees, and field technicians.
Other Requirements
Must pass our background requirements which includes; a motor vehicle record check, a drug screen and a 7 year criminal background check.
Job Description
The Trainer will drive the training process from sourcing candidates through hire, background, orientation, safety, and technical training of all new technicians.assures there is a proper hand-off of the new technicians from field trainer to supervisor.
Develops field training manual and conducts training accordingly
Work closely with the QC technicians to monitor the effectiveness of the training by measuring the quality of the work performed by the new technicians.
