Aerial Fiber Technician

Pay
Piece Work $500-$1100 weekly (depends on your production)
Qualifications
Proficient in pole climbing and working on midspans with 28ft+ fiberglass ladders
Ability to climb poles and work at heights up to and exceeding 20 ft.
May be required to work long and unpredictable hours
Position requires working outdoors in all types of weather
Must be able to lift 70 pounds
Must have a valid driver's license
Must have your own truck and tools
Job Description
Install and repair fiber drops (we provide all materials and hardware)
Run fiber drops in buildings and residential properties
Ability to perform all duties of aerial maintenance and line work
Ensures all installation work is done according to quality standards
Assists with work overflow and repairs
Follows all company policy and procedures
Knowledge and understanding of safety requirements and the use of PPE
Understanding of emergency restoration protocols
Work in pull boxes and vaults when working with underground areas (makes up to 10% of your monthly production)
WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON
